Our goal is always for our products to be displayed in your collection in the best condition possible.
Product issues claimed within two weeks of delivery will be serviced free of charge (including shipping).
Products deemed problematic by JND Production Team can be repaired or replaced, depending on the part. If in case a part or the whole of the product needs to be returned and a replacement sent, the customer will cover shipping both ways.
After the payment is made through this page, the repaired/replacement product will be shipped to the customer.
